It is common to feel sore for 24-48hrs after treatment, and don’t be alarmed if the discomfort may have moved or changed in some way. Some soft tissue treatment may cause discomfort during treatment. We will always tell you what to expect in advance.

We work with a number of healthcare providers. Please call for further information.

Yes – you are more than welcome to bring a chaperone to your appointments.

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please call as soon as possible. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations otherwise the full amount will be charged for the session. This is to enable us to re-fill the now vacant slot and offer the appointment to someone else.

The most important element is that you feel comfortable. Some patients prefer to dress down to underwear, others wear sports gear such as shorts, sports bras, loose fitting t-shirts or tracksuits etc. The reason for this is so we can see the relevant areas and assess you properly. For example, if you had knee pain and wore jeans that didn’t expose the knee, it can be tricky to diagnose and treat correctly.
-
The number of treatments you need all depends on the individual and the condition we are treating. We aim to keep the number of appointments to a minimum. Plus, we’re always honest so we’ll tell you whether we can treat you or if we need to refer you to another specialist.
